Before I got unemployed in August 2023, I talked with psychotherapist Abigail Welchman. We talked about the rejections when I applied for jobs and about my problems with low self esteem. I got a very useful advice to boost my self esteem.

During the spring 2023, the economy in Sweden, has declined tremendously. The Swedish economy was recently described by a Swede in the newspaper, as worse compared to other countries in the  European Union. I have a temporary employment as a communications manager. However, there are few jobs in this field to apply for. Many smart people want to work within communication. The competition is fierce, and they get frustrated. What should one do to find a new job?
